Robina Agri Partners has an oil extraction and refinery plants, which extract and then refine oil from soya seeds, respectively.
At the extraction plant, raw soya seeds go through several stages that prepare them for the oil extraction process. It begins at the preparation area where the soya seeds are cracked, cooked and flaked into smaller pieces. After these stages, oil is then extracted from the soy flakes.
The process is not over yet, however. The extracted oil from the extraction plant still needs to be refined. The oil is thus sent to the refinery to remove free fatty acids and other impurities, until only pure oil comes out. Our oil refinery plant can refine up to 20 tons of oil for every 8-hour shift.
